With the social isolation that we are going throught during these pandemic days, there is a deceleration, a slowdown process for our life, which brings out the changes in our environment and gives ideas of possibilities of life in favor of environmental issues.
At the moment we visit air pollution indexes, we note quality improvements of performance due to the fact that we actually don’t have the circulation of vehicles that provides the increase of CO2 emission (carbon dioxide), in addition to the decrease in activities in many areas, a situation that brings us to the relationship between high consumption and environmental pollution.
However, considering the deceleration of human activities to improve the environment is something that can not be resisted, given that Sustainable Development carries in its concept the social and economic branches. It is important to emphasize the fact that the decrease in activities brought about by the purchasing crisis directly affects the economy, which implies an increase in poverty, causing damage to environmental sanitation and the performance of socio-environmental indicators.
