As the concept of Sustainable Development ihas been spread, new practices emerge in several areas and tend to be applied on a large scale. In the civil construction segment, there is a growth in what is known as smart buildings, which combine characteristics that contribute to the emergence of smart cities.
In this context, there are practices that are not yet frequently adopted, with the need for customers to demand from the market a greater use of water resources, making improvements in the hydraulics, as well as the implementation of structures prepared for the use of clean energy.
Although some improvements are easily noted today, such as the use of a green roof and more energy efficient equipment, there is a non explored market for changes that make our spaces more adjusted to current needs, which include items related to accessibility, as well as use of the internet of things.
