Even in the face of the global health crisis, large projects have been carried out and showed acceptance of ideas related to Sustainability. These projects have a positive impact on the implementation of actions towards Sustainable Development, serving as a reference for the energy transition as well as the decrease of carbon footprint.
Within this context that projects such as the new capital of Egypt are placed and bring to reality models of smart cities with intelligent use of resources, increasing mobility and putting knowledge of the digital universe at the service of a world that will be able to pollute less, facilitating the lives of the inhabitants.
Taking into account the urgency of being able to resolve issues related to sanitation, loss of biodiversity and food production, countries compete in these fields, attracted by the gains achieved through the creation and implementation of sustainable technologies, bear in mind that climate change will be addressed at COP26 in November this year.
