The book is coordinated by Arlindo Phillipi Jr, who is also one of the editors alongside Vladimir Passos de Freitas and Ana Luiza Silva Spínola.
It is clear that the whole book becomess a material of great relevance for the area, but due to my work in the environmental area, I really like to read Chapters 16 (Environmental Law and Energy, written by Fabricio Soler) and 20 ( Payment for Environmental Services, this one written by Ana Maria de Oliveira Nusdeo).
In more than 1200 pages, the work is divided in 40 chapters, divided into 5:
Part I: Introduction: chapters 1 to 3;
Part II: Major Themes: chapters 4 through 24;
Part III: Responsibility in Environmental Matters and Procedural Stewardship: chapters 25 to 29;
Part IV: Practical Application of Environmental Law: Institutional Vision: Chapters 30 to 37;
Part V: International Environmental Law: Chapters 38-40.
